ah. weird lol i got blocked by somebody for asking if they did a double listing...too bad for them i would of netted them a pretty chunk of change for their item. lol
Ha, looked on my closed auctions list... but I guess it was more than 10 days ago that it ended. I can't remember. I want to say it ended in the high 20k range.
wasnt talking bout cheapest was talking bnib price amazon does sell alot of things for reasonable/comprable prices, but i see your point on not using it for comparison to an auction type site as well as the exchange ratio.
oh and i totally did not know walmart had listia cards which i am totally going to get atleast one of them cards.
so thanks for information hopefully the bids on this auction net a reasonably great price as the fact that you still kept the packaging after any amount of time is a credit to the legitness of the condition of the item.
lol i wouldnt want to ship anything with batteries included either double a's are a pretty hefty addition to the weight of any item!
Well, I don't have the packaging on this. I was just giving examples of various condition values. But good luck on your bids. And yes, I hope I get a bunch of credits too :-)
If I put this one, in this condition, on my table at the collector show... I'd probably ask $20, and if for a deal then $15.
have you ever looked how much a gcube cost new on amazon? not 30 bucks. but then again, when auctions are involved it doesnt matter what seller values at, just what bidders willing or able to pay for it...anyways i have a gcube on the way so i definitely am interested in getting this but till listia changes how much their points convert to cash or how many credits REAL MONEY gets you, i am going to have to keep my bidding...resourceful...
You can't compare with Amazon when you are trying to shop around for the best price. They ask for MORE than book value on there. Go on Ebay, search for the controller, click the "sold for" box on the left hand side, sort by "lowest price first", find one of equal condition as mine, then you will have your answer.
As for $=credits, don't pay attention to what Listia is asking for credits. If they gave you the credits for what they are actually worth, Listia wouldn't be in business anymore. Go to Walmart for Listia cards, they give you 1000 credits per $1. That's what credits have been worth the whole year+ that I've been on here, and others who have been here longer use the same value scale. 1000=$1.
I believe these are actually more rare than the Game Cube itself. GameCubes are regularly sold for $10-$20 cash. But this controller is usually sold for $20-$30, or $40 if still packaged.
Gamecube in the original box, you'd be lucky to get $30 for it.
But good thing you didn't win at 610, because it probably wouldn't have made it to you. If a Wavebird ended at 610 I probably would have walked off a cliff out of total confusion, and I wouldnt be able to ship it at that point lol.
