well there is a PayPal fee for all money sent and recived that is why I had to up my shipping fee so I got the actual amount

I sent a penny for shipping yesterday... it did not cost me anything. I have sent pennies for shipping 15 times in the last week and it did not cost me anything, it costs the seller. I received pennies for shipping 10 times this last week, and it only cost me, not the buyer. So I will get hit with shipping fees, but YOU should not be getting hit with fees.
