just so you all kinow most phones that aqre GSM phones can be unlocked to use with any carrier ! Just call up the company to get them to release the old number and your new carrier can get it activated or just go search YOU tube for jail breaking phones! Only phones by tracfone cannot be used by any other carrier than thier family ! Phones that DO NOT have sim cards are called CDMA phones and are only used on that network brand on phone! I just founf this out on a verizon palm pixie plus i won here! Can't get it to be used on net10 or any other network ! NO SIM CARD or Memory card for this type of phone!

it powers on but its locked unless you know how to break a code

to remove lock just look up the factory reset for that phone model usually it power button plus a volume. button
