Here I have a weather proof carseat cozy! Its pink for a baby girl! My daughter only used it for a few months by the time i actually bought it. This cozy is used to prevent you from over dressing baby! Honestly she wont need anything but a onsie and socks maybe a hat if you keep the flap open. This was truly amazing, it kept my daughter dry and really really warm! Make sure once your car is warm you unzip her! It gets really toastie inside! Its also lined on the inside! My daughter has outgrown it and im sure in 5 years when we have another bundle of joy it would be our luck we would have a boy! :) So its up for grabs to a new home! Thanks for stopping by! Like a hood that covers them from sun? Mine had a hood on it and it fits over it if i fold it down.

Oh no it has elastic in it and it fits around the carseat snuggly and it fully unzips! And the only time i kept it closed was from my house to ths car....never had any problem! But i totally understand where your coming from i have twins i used one of these with them and my baby girl who is 9 months now! :) hope that helps! Congrats btw! My twins were born.in September! And fanning back now!
