Gazing at the moon and cherishing thoughts of a distant friend
This picture obviously is not the original it's a reprint and it's framable
Measuring 8 1/2 by 8 1/2 inches
Very beautiful picture also enclosed is a poem by Chang Chu Ling and it reads as following:
Above the sea the bright moon is born
From the horizon it lights up the whole length of heaven
Passionately I am more in your absence throughout the night
All night long my loving thoughts arise
I put out my candle in compassion for the light of the moon
I put on my cloak because the do is heavy
As I am sorry I cannot feel my hands with moonlight and give it to you
I go back to bed and dream of meeting you again
