the only actual way to do this is to hack the programming or to use a hacking program to alter the firmware and then downloading roms for the games, which unless you OWN the games is illegal, so this auction is not a valid auction since it would involve illegal actions to make it work

ACTUALLY,it's not a hack at all.You would download an emulator and then download ROM's for it.This is perfectly legal.It is perfectly safe,also.
