I dont know anything about it really it is from an antique store here in town they said it was English ..they wanted $49.00 but I ended getting 1/ 2.

Nice, is any of the enamel chipped? It is a celtic pattern so could be any of the British isles, England Ireland, Scotland or Wales

no chips, and I have no idea , the people @ the store were I got it say its English but you may be right ....:)
