Since you are new to Listia, it would help to build up your reputation as a trusted seller by offering free shipping and verifying your Listia account and perhaps linking to Facebook or Twitter. You can easily verify your account by just providing your phone number - no credit card or money is needed to verify. Also when people make comments on your auctions, right under the comment in blue letters it says "reply''. If you click on reply when answering a comment, it will open a second box for you to type in and the person will receive your response in their Listia email. If you don't click reply, the person who made the comment never gets your response - they would have to come back to the auction page.
