You sure can tell, it looks brand new. Can a small baby use it? Say 3 months old? Thanks, Susan F&W

Susan
The writing list infant less than 50 pounds. I used it for my son when he was under a year. But when he could sit up. The strap along the bottom goes between their legs. I am not sure about a 3 month old. It does say Coast Guard Approved, and I am not sure if that means they approve it for any infant. I was always very afraid of my children near water.

The strap that goes between the legs does pull for extra support meaning it holds them in it snugger. Hope this helps.

good luck :) I always had them hanging around too. I think even if the child is afraid of the water they should still wear one when near it. It is so scary isn't it? My sons wore the vests, because they were too afraid to take swimming lessons. My daughters took swimming lessons right away they swim like fishes.

We brought them with us to camp over memorial day weekend, and they were used be the little ones who were visiting. I considered leaving them up there for them, but took them home. I just found list is and thought maybe someone out here could use them. They do not have dates on them, however it does say fabric fading represents loss of strength. The fabric is in the exact same quality and brightness as when we bought them. Hope this helps.
