If you use click and ship you should be able to ship this in a small flat rate envelope for $5.15. Don't know what it will cost at the post office.

I use paypal shipping, which uses the USPS. I try not to use the post office directly. I'll look into it.

It could also be shipped Media Mail, don't know the cost but usually cheaper than other methods. Just my 2 cents worth.
