Artscow charges shipping (usually around $7 to the U.S.) unless you have a coupon for free shipping.

Ok I just checked and it's $9.99 shipping in the U.S. but they have a promo going for free shipping on orders of $20 or more or you could try to find a free shipping code.

Not trying to be snotty - But I am pretty sure these are not allowed on here since it's not TOTALLY free (you have to pay for shipping)....

I've had moderators look at my other similar items and they are allowed. I have full permission from Artscow to go as far as selling the item. This is no different than other similar auctions for Shutterfly and Snapfish items. Thanks for your concerns though.

I don't understand how these can pass through the moderators but other auctions have been deleted because they're not "totally free"....Not fair to the other users that have had their auctions deleted.
