The listing, 1974 D Double Error Memorial Jefferson Nickle!!! has ended.
This auction is for Jefferson Memorial Nickle with not one but TWO separate Die/Mint Errors!
It is from 1972 and from the Denver mint because of the
"D" mark on the front.
It will come in a coin flip/protector either labeled or blank how ever you want it.
The first error is on the front as seen in the first picture, it is a small divot which is either a mistake when the plancet was made, like a tiny bubble in the metal or a mistake in the die itself. It is located just under the "T" in liberty. (If someone can determine if this is or is not an error please tell me and I will fix the listing.
The Second error is plain to see on the back as the die was misaligned when it was struck as the rim is larger on one side and virtually non-existent on the other side. The bottom of the "UNITED" and the tops of the "E PLURIBUS" are almost cut off!!
I only ship to Verified Listia Addresses.
Shipping is always Free!!
