It has been used one time; thoroughly cleaned with alcohol and have the original package it came in. My right ear is deformed; it wouldn't reach deep enough in my narrow ear canal to get the old ear wax. I have to see an ENT to clean my ear.

Used once, that's the reason it comes with 7 tips instead of original 8 tips.
