It is 9 3/4 x 12 1/2 x 4 1/2 with 31 1/2" straps.... It has a front flap magnetic closure and a back zipper... The pics are pretty representative:)

You'll have to contact Listia to have it looked into... If you look under credit activity on the left under your credits it should show why that amount was deducted and what for... Hope this helps:)
