The listing, Lisa's Little Angel's Adopt A Child~Little Boy~Auction has ended.

Little Boys can be Angels too! That is why Aunt Lisa is going to help & send him presents for a special Christmas or holiday morning. Times are very difficult for everyone. My children are teenagers now & they understand. They are giving up their gifts so we can all chip in and help some other children. We will be providing at lease $25 in toys, clothes,& stocking stuffers~ whatever he needs

***If bids go over 15,000 I will add another box ($25more) for the same child or another child in need
***If for some reason, bids go up to 30,000 I will add another box ($25more) and so on.....
(so for every 15,000=1box($25) NO LIMIT

i just read the story about what happened that christmas. first and foremost, i'm very happy to hear you are doing much better physically! that in itself can sometimes be a miracle. also tho - that was truly amazing for them to do. living proof that angels are among us :) i am still watching this one! almost accidentally got carried away with myself here and bid on the girl one but caught myself just in time ;)

I could really use this i have 5 little boys and money is very tight this year we made sure they each have 1 gift but that was all we could afford.Now i am hoping to get more on listia!

It breaks my heart all the stories out there of children in need. I am being Santa for my 5 children as well as my sisters 3 children. I am also trying to help out a few other children. But being in a situation myself where I can not work because of my childrens illnesses and needing to be there for my sisters children, Listia is the only option for presents. Usually we adopt a family for Christmas, this is the first Christmas in a very long time that we will not be able to do that. But my children have enjoyed shopping on Listia for their cousins. They found this auction and said I just had to bid for my nephew. Good Luck with your auction and the good you are doing this holiday season!

Yes it is sooo heart breaking. I was one of those moms that just sobbed on Christmas eve because my children did not have anything at all! I had Malignant Melonoma and just had a huge chunk taken out of my leg and was on crutches and was not working at all. And in the middle of my despair~ at 8 oclock in the evening on Christmas Eve, I heard a loud a nock. When I opened my door, A man dressed like Santa had 2 Teenage elves with him. There stood a Christmas tree, and 10 huge boxes! Food, Presents, Stockings full, and decorations!!! I could not stop sobbing! My 5 and 7yr old thought I was crazy. It was the Doctor that took care of me and my cancer. He was there with his 2 teenage boys. I still have no idea how he found out. I was talking to one of his nurses at my suture removal the day before and she must have been behind it. All I know is, I am alive and happy. I dont have a job right now either but I live on a $400 a month allowance that my exhusband gives me until I get thru school in April My bills are paid. and I have food.. I have 2 teens now and they are fantastic children. My son is in school with me and my daughter is sick, but we have each other and we are a great and happy family. we do not need gifts. Our gifts to each other is to help as many children as we possible can get a gift so no mother will ever have to cry again on Christmas eve. Lisa

Oh and what makes this super sad Lisa?????? I told them about Salvation Army? they went to apply but were turned away b/c they said they're done w/ accepting applications! If they could've gotten that help wouldn't be turning to my listia fans and friends for the help for this family!

I want to make sure like you that NO CHILD wakes up on christmas w/out a present under the tree.
I found in my stash some coloring books and crayons that i'm going to put into each of their stockings! Not much but at least something will be in each stocking.

well Lisa my grandson has been well taken care of this year thanks to our wonderful listia membership and the gift cards i was able to win.
However my neighbor has 4 boys.. ages 1, 4, 7, 11 and their father broke his back at work and they can't afford a thing. Workman's comp is fighting him and his wife is looking for work but so far has come up empty handed. They live in a tiny 3 bedroom bungalow around the corner from me. I am not working just got my denial notice from Social Security and hired an attorney and hubby's fighting to regain his ssi. So no income except the income of my son who makes $9 per hour at Racetrac and he's in school full time , working part time. This would be an amazing blessing if i could win this for this family.

I actually went to help another family B4 we found out about our neighbors. I was able to get them a turkey from the church and a few things from our pantry but that doesn't give them a nice Christmas down the road. With 4 boys and no money in the bank (it's all being used on bills and food where they can sqeeze it out) I'd hate to see them w/out a christmas. Many Blessings my friend and i've got u on my watch list! :)

You put tears in my eyes as well! THIS is what Christmas is about. GIVING. I couldn't imagine a child waking up to nothing on Christmas, it breaks my heart. Thank you for the advice I am just too trusting but I am learning... I am not in dire need my children will be ok they are only 3 and 6 so they do not know too much and they are happy with little items... I hope my auctions start doing a little better I try to offer free shipping to help others but they are not doing so hot and the shipping is killing... I have tried to help as much as I can with my childrens used items to families who need them and the only item I "need" to get is a zhu zhu for my daughter- this is the only thing she has asked for so I feel I should really try for that so if you don't mind me writing if anyone wants to check out and bid I have some toy auctions and a gift card auction up to get credits( I know I coulda bought the zhu zhu with the money for the card but my hope was to get the money to someone who needed it and get enough credits to get the zhu zhu here) I can only hope! and if my auctions do ok I will be watching here for my son(he's 3 so he really ain't picky) Im sure this will do really well I hope to be part of it :)

This is nice to see someone helping out and not taking advantage of others... I've been laid over over a year now and my unemployment ends next week I loved the idea of listia to get my kids so little things so they can have a nice Christmas(they are little so little things still excite them) and Im telling you its been a wild ride my first two auctions the seller never responded and so far besides that Ive won 5 auctions the seller never sent the items and 3 of them I paid for shipping myself and still never recieved the items... I was starting to think this site was just a big mistake then I see the people that really care I wish it was easier to tell before wasting so much time and credits on the ones that don't and I hope any of the scammers that read this feel ashamed this lady and her children are doing for others and so many out here are just taking advantage... to all of you truely wonderful people on here Thank you so much and Have a wonderful Holiday season!!!

Thank you so much! You never know who your gonna deal with but make sure if it sounds to good to be true, than it is and if a seller does not respond with in 3 days, file a dispute. Make sure that you get your credits back. and when you send out a package, pay the extra for delivery confirmation. It helps. I have been scammed so many times as well and I am only dealing with people on here that Have great reputations. If you are unsure, you can always do a little investigating and look the seller up on here and face book or ask me and I will be glad to help. Also, contact me if your are in dire need and I will see what I and my other Angels on here can do.

My 4th child age 3 months boy is to young to know what Christmas is and my oldest age 10 boy already understands that mommy dosen't have it and daddy is disabled. I have a couple of auctions to help with credits for my kids, but can't offord shipping anymore until after the holidays.
