Make it yourself kit!

The kit includes:
12 clear plastic rings
4 pots of paint - red, white, yellow, blue
2 artist paint brushes
a picture on the package illustrates some of the designs that you might want to do! simply paint, let them dry and wear them! very simple project, not recommended for children under 3 years old as there are small parts. (4+)
