the stone in this ring is a cubic zirconia and l have looked but can't find what size it is take into mind l am not a jeweler but my guess is it is around a carat but that is just my guess .
the quality of the stone is flawless one of the best cz l have seen and the main difference in this ring is that it is gold filled not plated read the update above

this is not a diamond the stone is cubic ziconia and it has six prongs holding the stone not sure what you mean by does this? stacie setting stand tall ? if you stack 4 pennies on top of each other that is approximately the height of the setting from the main ring
