I would love to bid but I need a more clear description of the size. You say xs in the title and small in the description. I have a full-grown shih-tzu and in some brands she wears a medium and in some a small, it just depends. If you can tell me measurements in inches or if the tag says up to a certain amount of lbs, that would really help! It's soooo cute I really hope it would fit my Cali!

The pink one is definately XS in size. It wouldnt fit your Shitzu as I also have one who is about 13 pounds and it is way too small. The Bathrobe fits him but the hood doesnt go up to his head. I would say these would fit best a dog under 10 pounds.
