State Flower of Texas. Grows well almost everywhere (Zones 3-10).

These seeds are very easy to grow and will produce lots of beautiful flowers. Plant them outside in the ground or in pots after the last chance of frost. They will thrive in a sunny location with well-drained soil.

They grow to about 12 inches in height and are absolutely beautiful!

Is this perrenials ? Will it be fine at zone 6 ?

Although these do come back year after year here in central Texas the weather conditions must be just right; just enough rain, cold and dry conditions. As far as them growing in zone 6, my sister lives in Kansas (zone 6) and grows them successfully (but I send her seed every year as they usually do not come back on their own.)
