We understand you're having issues uploading a picture.
We allow various picture formats on our site. They include .jpg, .png, and .gif. If your picture is not in one of these standard formats, it will unfortunately not upload to our site. Additionally, the picture must be under 4 MB in size. If you're unsure how to check this information, an explanation is found below along with a photo showing the steps to be taken.

Windows:
1. Find the picture you're trying to upload and right click on it. Click on Properties.

2. The properties of the file are now shown and you can determine the type and size of the file.

Macintosh:
1. Find the picture you're trying to upload and right click on it (note: if you have a one button mouse you need to hold your Control button, then click the file). From the menu, select Get Info.
2. The information on that file is now shown. Note that your Mac may not display .png, .jpg, or .gif but spell out the full name of the file format.

Depending on your internet connection speed and the size of your file, the time it takes to upload your pictures may vary.
