It has Genuine, Baltic Amber Chips and Real, Red Tiger Eye Gemstones along the strand. The Gemstones are seperated By Siler-Lined, Golden "E" Beads, I can put the brass, plated with Gold extension chain on it, in case you don't know the person's exact ankle size, that you want to give it to.

The end of the chain has a rust colored Cloisonne Bead on it for a special added touch.
