Here is a beautiful cushion cut emerald ring. The detailing in this ring is unbelievable. The ring I beleive is a 7. This is an estate sale piece I came across and I have another one just almost like it in a pink stone which looks like soap stone. This ring makes a totally statement. And you know I love jewerly and who's to tell if this isn't white gold or silver. The rest is up to you. Good luck. Oh ya this ring is not marked but is forsure sterling silver. Have fun....

Just curious how you are confirming it's sterling? tested? looks just like it? wont stick to magnet.... or your just a silver-addict like me and can tell these things :-). I like the unique look.. but I just want to confirm the sterling on this ... it looks possible rhodium plated (can be over sterling, and then it would be lightly magnet and okay)... just want to know what Im bidding on...thanks

Sterling is not rocket science.

I have been around for a long time. As Sigmund Freud once said. "Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar".
If you buy an item at a store that is Sterling, how are you confirming it?

This ring and the pink stone ring are from the same person. i tested the green and does not stick to a magnet. The pink stone ring has a marking inside of it and she stated they were bought at the same place. Rhodium is much more shinney. I did win a ring that said it was silver and when I sent it in to a private person to have it sized he said it was plated with rodium. And i asked him if that was bad he said no it just protects the silver and keeps it looking new also if taken care of. In this case this ring is not Rhodium. This ring is silver.
