LGIP-531A cell phone with Lithium Ion Battery (3.7V), charger included! You can see from the 2nd photo that it works. It is a tracfone and minutes can be purchased anywhere. You can request a new Sim card and phone number if you like but it does come with a Sim card. No scratches on the screen, no dings or nicks. There is a phone number written on the side that can be covered up easily.

Comes with 2 games pre-installed, plus the usual calculator, alarm clock, notepad, stop watch, etc. Also headset compatible.

does it have a loud speaker feature..as in you can hear the other person without putting it to your ear ?

No speaker, but it does turn up VERY loud where you can hear the person with the phone sitting on a table.

you won't need a new sim card. This phone has been off for about 6 months and is listed as "unregistered". All you have to do is get a Tracfone card and have it activated.

It comes with .70 - enough to text if it were on, or you call 9-1-1 in an emergency with 0 minutes. Yes, it will need to be reactivated. You will be given a new #. Minutes start at $10 and can be found at Dollar General or other retailers. Even online.
