Yes dear it's a perfume. It' s a stick just like a crayola. As you use it. You use a sharpener just like you would do for a pencil. The coach sharpener is included. I'm so tired right now. That's why I can't get up and take more pictures. But I will tomorrow morning. You will be able to see the sharpener too. The perfumes smell lovely.

I've never seen thees before so please excuse my questions. Have these pencils been sharpened already, I don't know how they come, so I really can't tell if they are 100% or 90%or 50% intact or full, if you will. But they look like fun,, You said one had been used. Would that be a lot or what?

You don't need to apalogize for asking a question. I'm here to answer them. they are pencils that containsfragrance. You glide it on your skin, anywhere you want to add fragrance. It's perfume in a pencil. the red one is used but I never sharpened it wish means the whole crayon is filled with fragrance. I would say the used one is 85% full.
