i have smoked for over 30 years and quit in febuary since my dad was dying from lung cancer. but, i still collect marlboro items. and im not getting any mailed to me :( so i want some really really bad! :)

when you quit smoking go to Metro.com and look into their e-cigs. they are a great step between cigs and completly quitting. good luck ;)

Thank you so much. The last time I quit I went cold turkey for a year and then my aunt had her baby and was in the hospital and my little cousin died after being with us for 15 days and the time I spent at the hospital during the touch and go ordeal I would go outside and smoke to calm my nerves and just like that I was back smoking. Wish I had never started but I will quit so that I will be healthier and I've been wanting to try the ecigs . Thanks for the info
