The listing, Crocheted Purses w/beads, buttons, flowers, butterflies & more has ended.

The auction is for one handmade, lined and decorated crocheted small 6" x 4" purse made by me. Not all purses are available so it will be my choice.

I made 95% of the details on the outside of the purse. Closure is button or a frog. I did all of the embroidery and bead work. Most of the flower centers are vintage buttons. They are made with Sugar n' Cream 100% cotton yarn. Handles are reinforced with a blanket stitch. It took me 3 months to create, make and decorate these 17 purses.

Thank you very much BettyJo! I had fun making them; I think the time to cooridnate the colors took the longest. Also, the linings match the yarn, pre-washed, double stitched and cotton.

Do you take these to the craft fairs? I like that you make ONE style- and perfect on that - . I crochet purses from the same type of yarn. Mine are all different, unlined, not near as darling as these. You have inspired me to add some designs, etc.
I am in a craft fair this weekend in Utica, WI.

My purses can be machine washed on delicate but air dried. One thing about Sugar n' Cream yarn it does not get little yarn pills on it and retains it shape through many washings. It costs around $3 for 4 ounces to 3 ounces of yarn. Each purse that one ball of yarn. Also, each one is a one of a kind. Sure anyone else maybe able to make these but not everyone puts all the details I do. If I'm going to make something, it's going to be a quality and unique product.
