Indeed! Lvl 8, Dragon/Effect, attribute Earth, ATK ? DEF 0. This card cannot be Normal summoned or set. This card cannot be Special summoned except by discarding 3 other monsters from your hand to the graveyard. This card's ATK is equal to the combined Levels of the monsters sent x 300. He's really useful on my dragon deck. :3

Sending a binder to Canada would cost far more than $1. This is a single card so it can go in a letter envelope. Cheapest means of shipping to Canada and it costs a dollar, think of how much a binder would cost. ;-)

I have at least half the cards on your list but they are either in decks or I only have one. I have many ultra rare non-playable gods available and I could part with a Mosaic Obelisk, but I need to open more BP02 boxes before I sell Ra or Slifer. I don't keep Synchros or Xyz.
