“When the judge told me to keep a journal, I wondered what the heck I’d put in it. Thing is, my life can be plenty boring.

“Then I got to canyon country and found out about earthquakes and mountain lions. There was even this crazy old man with a shotgun. Scary stuff, some of it, but definitely not boring!

“So I wrote it all down after all, and it wound up in a book. Weird how things work out.”

Old school-owned paperback, so the cover has been reinforced, and the number "17" is written on it, but the book is in great shape.
