Here is a lot of 4 civil war bullets. These were found in Virginia and great for any collector ! Over 150 years old !!

Actually they are what are called dropped bullets meaning they were dug up and not fired I have a bunch of ones that are fired and your right they are destroyed the damage to these could be from tractors or any and weight etc....

I own an antique store in NC bought these at an auction house in NC that deals with tons of both real and fake civil war items so I take their word all day just look them up at eBay you will see tons just like them

They are lead there were several different types mainly due to the # of rings some say the more rings helped it slide down some were designed to separate once fired.

No it's a carbite really in a lot some confederate solders actually were known to make there own when supplies were low. It's estimated that there were over 7 million bullets made the 58 caliber were the most popular for the south and the confederate army even pattened. Thanks for your interest and good luck

Carbine I meant to type. These were loaded into and packed down the muzzle not sure where your getting your info but try to pack clay real hard and you will have a bullet salad.

Well you can read up on them some yes the south fought with bullets also I would recommend bidding on something else with your worries I through these on for fun and to share a few with someone else not debate with someone so please no more ?'s because your facts are wrong.
