The listing, BLACK HILLS GOLD 12K & STERLING SILVER RING!! has ended.

This is a real sterling silver and 12 karat gold ring. The ring has four leaves two of them are regular gold the other 2 look like a rose gold. The size of the Ring I do not have. It is a large ring it fits on my thumb. I would say it would be a 11 or a 12 if I had to guess.

They still make Black Hills Jewelry. The Homestead mine that was in Lead, SD was closed (I think) in 2003. So I suppose the gold comes from someplace else now but they still make the jewelry.

The ones that are mostly silver with gold painted leaves like this one are not worth that much. I just sold one for $25 not $225, still a nice vintage collectible

thanks for the info..yeah I seen on eBay that there were some that were selling for $25 somewhere $55 and the one that matched the one that I have was $225 so it just depends I guess on who selling it and what they feel that it's worth. Thank you for checking out my auction have a wonderful day.

I did I think about selling it after everyone told me what kinda ring it was but unfortunately somebody has already bid on it so as an honest person I will keep my word putting it on here for free. I did take the ring to a local pawn shop to see how mucey would offer for it they offered me 125so at least whoever gets the ring has the option to sell it for what they feel is a reasonable price.

I looked :( I have the exact same one , it is still in its original box , i dont know how old it is but the Estate sale i got it from 15+ yrs ago , had 2 in thier boxes never worn . I counted my Blacks hills Gold rings , i have 36 ! but you know never the less one more wont hurt :)mine is a size 8 , so i could get it anyways if I can win :) I went to Estae sales for 26 yrs w/ my husband , all i went for was rings , i let one go every now & then , alot of native ones ..when i checked to see about ring , I am embarrased to say > I have approximately 230 + Estate rings ! I believe that calls for therapy :) it does not include my other rings that are not vintage >sigh<If you have time or want me to just send me a private message & i will explain why Black hills rings prices have sky rocketed...it is actually an interesting story . I am still watching Dear :)

That is definitely a black hills gold ring. What you have is a ring with a gold leaf and one made with rose gold. I own a lot of black hills gold and I just auctioned off alot of my pieces also. I hope that helps on your auction. Good luck with your auction!!
