I know this may be an odd question but is this like a sweater, as in it can be unbuttoned and worn open like a cardigan?

I wouldn't say it's itchy, but it's a heavier sweater, so it's thicker and not so soft, but it's not itchy...also yes all three buttons are there! Thanks
