The listing, Little Hummel-like Girl with Umbrella Figurine 1950's souvenir. has ended.
This little girl looks like many Hummel pieces I have seen but has no makers mark. As far as I can tell from my research she was sold as a tourist souvenir in the 1950's.She is perfect except a makers flaw inside that you can't see unless you turn her upside down and look into the base. Very cute. She's ready for the rain with an umbrella, scarf, boots.
looks like a Goebel which are pretty close to the same design although both makers marked their items, there's also another maker who made figurines like this but can't remember name. Pretty ! F&W
Ahh jlynn I stand corrected, Goebel did make Hummels, I wish I could remember the name of the maker who made figurines like this one...usually Hummel marked theirs though; it is cute nonetheless!
