There was a sufficient reason the item was not sent out. The winner falsely accused me of lying and demanded a refund because I hadn't told them that I was moving and the item wouldn't be shipped immediately. However the item was being shipped the exact day the winner accused me of not shipping, which happened to be before the end of the shipping deadline stated in the dispute guidelines. The winner was angry that I refunded them and refused business do to their uncooperativeness and the continued rude comments that came after the dispute ended, hence the reason they left me with a negative feedback. It was a dispute that will not be repeated. I have finished moving and can ship the item immediately after receiving the winner's verified shipping address. Thank you for being concerned about this and I hope you realize the reasoning behind the dispute and recognize that this will not happen again.
