PSP white with Darth Vader on the back comes with protected case and game holder says PSP on the case with bunggie clip and a phillips all in one charger for the wall,car,pc already has a screen protector on it works like new if bids get high enough can put in a game this would be a very nice christmas present.

all these people tht want free shipping need 2 look at this. the psp cost $200 plus bucks in the store ( wal-mart or target) so paying the credits tht u get 4 free for the psp and 15-25 bucks 4 shipping u r still making a deal and saving $175 bucks. be happy 2 pay shipping

For just the PSP, a small flat rate box would be fine, but the picture shows a case and adapter that wouldn't fit that small of a box. The cheapest method of shipping is likely Parcel Post (between $6 and $8 depending on distance and packaging). Delivery confirmation and insurance would be highly recommended, adding another at least $3 to the cost. So, I can justify $11 at the most for shipping cost, not including handling/materials ($3 is a bit much for that, but could be justified as well on how it's packaged).

Lawenforcementagency - As long as you don't pay using the "Personal" or "Gift" options, you can file a dispute with Paypal to get your money back. "Purchase" and "Payment Owed" for example both allow a dispute to be filed.
