The listing, ***xbox 360*** Guitar Hero Van Halen ***new & sealed*** has ended.

I have a promotional copy of guitar hero van halen, for the XB360. It is new and sealed.
What do I mean by promotional? well, it is marked as promotional on the cover and most likely on the disc as well. Also, it does NOT come up with a regular Xbox case, but comes instead in a cardboard sleeve. (the sleeve is original, with GH logo, etc...

Got a copy during a promotion, and not having a Xbox, I decided to pass it along to another rocking gamer (keeping the PS3 version)
Free shipping in the US.

as explained in the description, it means that it doesn't come with a box (just a cardboard sleeve, pretty much like singles (for music, that is)
Also has "Promotional, not for resale"on both the sleeve and the disc

For the person that asked...pretty sure you can play all the guitar hero games with a standard controller.
