(Non-working unit) worked until about 3 months ago. Now, when you turn on, the Android robot comes on but it won't load any further and take u to home page. I believe it just needs upgrading by using a flash drive. I am not computer literate when it comes to updating or repair. I have another tablet and don't need this one or the other 2, I have bid away. If you are a hacker or computer geek, I am confident you can fix it!! Comes with power cord. No instruction's, but you can look up on line by model number
