That's a good question. I had to learn when I started without someone telling me. Scroll down the left side of the MyListia page til you get to the SAVED SHIPPING ADDRESSES link. Click it, fill out your address, then click SAVE at the bottom. Every time you win an auction you click the button that says HAVE IT SHIPPED if you want the item shipped to you. Then click the bubble next to your address that comes up. And this will send it to the seller. You need to do it every time you win if you want the item shipped. Most sellers will not ship without a verified address.

It seems to be made for an average medium.....not petite or anything like that....you can also consider what sizes you usually fit in different name brands...no 2 adult woman bodies are usually built the same.
