It's from Marvel series 2, I messed up. I copied and pasted the description from my Iron Man Zerboz auction. Thanks for pointing this out.

You're welcome. I'm a huge collector so I'm always checking on here and eBay for the few I'm missing. You are right though it is Marvel 2 I didn't look at it long enough. Darkseid and Apocalypse look so similar.
