All piercings run a risk. Even more so when doing them on yourself. I do ask my own and it can be very hard. The only way I can say it won't get infected is if you clean and care for it. The needle is sterile and the jewerly is unused so it wouldn't get infected from the kit, but if you don't take care of it it will get infected.

If you win it will show up in your won auctions. You click on it and it asked do you want to pick it up or have it shipped. Then you check on your verified address, if you don't have your address verified you can do so at "saved shipping addresses" on the left side under account settings.
