This dress is so simply elegant! It's a dream dress for any girl! It is made by Jessica McClintock Girls The shell is made from100% Polyester and the Lining is made from 100% acetate. The sash can be worn around the waist, or off the shoulders as a wrap. It is a size 16 in girls wear.

My niece wore a gown very similar to this one when she was a flower girl, and the whole thing was simply beautiful. She had a flower headband to accessorize it, and it was amazing. I turned the picture into a black and white, and it was still such a beautiful gown! :)

I'm not sure what the difference is... Sorry... I measured the waist and it is approximately 30'" the bust is approximately 34" the length from top of gown to bottom is approximately 45"... There is no give in the material at all. I say approximately because I had to use my straight ruler as I loaned my material ruler out, and it was never returned... I hope this helps...
