Usually free shipping to Canada with bids over 1000, however because this is a high value card i can only provide free shipping to canada if winning bid exceeds 2000.

I send these cards out in an envelope with no tracking. If you want to pay for the tracking let me know. If for some reason you win and dont receive your item i will ban you.Yes if I send a valuable card and it somehow doesn't get to the person I won't risk losing another item to them. Only once had a person not received my items. The mail service is extremely efficient and rarely makes mistakes at least in my experience. Its just the way I do it I dont mean to upset or offend anyone by it.
