the tag says xl but these are not an xl ...

i purchased a lot of these and i tried on one pair (turquoise ones that i have kept not giving away, don't worry lol ) they were very low rise for me i wear a size 12 or 14 in pants - i would think these undies would probably fit a size 9 or 10 pants. i don't have a clue how panty sizes run, obviously haha

the tag shows they are not from here so maybe they are an xl in another country ?(that's what i said to make myself feel better) =d

these are super cute and cotton... they will be perfect for someone!
