The face of the watch you'll be getting has the hour, minute and second hands. They are gold plated platinum as well as the face of the watch. They will fit up to an 8" wrist and the bands are made of a very soft rubber like material and have raised hearts on them with the middle of the heart level with the rest of the watch.
