This is a genuine starter jersey, with number 10
Kordell Stewart wore this number before retiring.
He led the Steelers to the AFC championship in 1997
This jersey is very gently worn, only a couple of times and has been hanging in closet
It is still in like new condition.

is it a big jersey or small, I see it says 48 but it looks kind of small, I wear a 2x in women would it fit that size?

I am not sure but I don't think it is that size, an XL may fit like a 2X but I don't know if this one will. It measures 22 inches across from seam to seam when it is lyin flat. Hope this helps thanks again for looking.
