It may its much like the blousy dresses u see from the early 70s late 60s im 5'7" and it comes about a inch and a half above the knee! Its made to be a blousy loosefit it should fit just because of the style u could put a cute belt with it with a pair of heels to sinch the waist i have wore it like that and it was really cute!

Keep in mind too the way the neck line is and arm holes on a smaller build u may want to wear a strapless tupe top or strapless bra just incase the dip in the arm holes may be to deep! White or same color blue if needed!
