Hi!! I am the seller from whom you won the new in box Premiere necklace. I somehow inactivated the Listia account on which I originally listed the necklace and no longer have access to the Listia site as a seller. I don't think the credits are earned by the seller until the auction winner receives the item. Have the credits already been subtracted from your balance?
