I sell all the time and I have never taken a picture and placed it with my item for auction. Your picture looks fine. You need to go to your account (go to the top of the page) and click on your name. You will see different options. Make sure you are signed up with Listia. I am assuming you could not even list an item until you are verified. When you sell an item Listia will send the buyer an email letting them know. They should click on "ship it" button and their address will appear for you so you will know where to send the item. When they receive it they will click on "got it". I know this is all confusing but I find that not everyone knows how to do this properly and it gets confusing very quickly. I have sales where the person never sends their verified address...but I don't know why some people feel you should take a photo of your user name and place it with the item...Be an honest seller and you wont have a problem. People that get their item from you as promised will send good feedback so that others will not be afraid to do business. If you need any more help please feel free to write me and I will help you.
