Rough looking NES console I grabbed out of storage. It's been sitting for a while, and I'm not sure if it works. No cords or anything come with it. Resurrect it or use it for parts.

Yes you did, and there's a good chance it works, I just don't know for sure so I can't really say so.

So if it does not work you can get a 72 pin connector off from ebay and replace it. That is the part inside the cartridge connects to.It is fairly simple to do and there are a few videos on youtube showing you how. Also the part is cheap to buy. Just saying. Favorite me if you like my information!

I've been lucky maybe, but I've had a few N.E.S.'s and I've never had one that didn't work. The one I use the most, I got at a garage sale, and at the time, it looked like it had been in a fire.
