Both. The music can't be used as a method of promotion for the auction. So I have a message out to an agent who'll remove this information shortly. I'm obligated to say that the music should also be removed from the system. The music themselves are the items that are "unauthrozied copies". The music is considered non-transferrable and is a legal matter more than anything else.

I'm working with the seller from the link you provided to have that music removed as well.

I don't understand, I paid for this music through itunes?? I have already successfully listed and shipped 2 other ipods (pre-loaded) and there were no issues.. I don't want to break any rules, but at the same time, I just don't get it??????????????

The Ipod is fine, but the music can't be included. (They are "unauthorized copies", the music is intended for your personal use and isn't transferable to other users). I can edit this current auction to remove the music, or remove the auction so you can relist it. Let me know what works best and I can help you make the change.
