It's bigger than it looks when it's on since the band at the bottom stretches. I mean, I fit into it and I usually wear a medium or large. It's just smaller than I'd like it to be.

As long as you don't usually wear a large, this should fit you fine. It's womens. & I'll have to get back to you in a little bit on the measurement, but I'll let you know :)

I'm so sorry, but I can't find my measuring tape anywhere! I'm almost positive that it's about 24 inches from shoulder to wrist (maybe a tiny bit longer). And, from shoulder to bottom is around 16 inches or so. !'m 4'11, and it comes up about 3 inches from my waist (hugs the hips). Again, I'm sorry. If I find my measuring tape, I'll give you the exact measurements!

You're welcome. And, it's not supposed to be a full jacket that comes to your waist or past it. It's supposed to fit like a cropped style.
